  • Regular exercise of your dog is must.
  • Start with the training of your puppy when it is about 2 to 2 ½ month old.

Question - How to give a tablet to your dog?

Answer – Thought it is a tedious job but if done with proper care it will become very easy. Hold a tablet between your index and the middle finger. Open the mouth of your dog and then press it on the lower jaw of your dog. With the help of the thumb of the other hand press the upper part of the mouth. Now slowly push the tablet in. Close his mouth and gently tap on this throat.

Answer – Take a small bottle and fill it with the desired dose of the medicine. Now carefully pick the lip flap at the side and slowly pour small amount of liquid. Keep in mind that your dog swallows it and make it a gradual process. Elevate his face upwards to prevent any back flow of liquid in the respiratory tract.

Answer – It contains 70 to 80 % water and is extremely delicious, it is good for teeth and gums.

Answer - Once you take a small dog house, you must make a decision that where it will sleep and relax. A house-hold dog requires padded box or basket. Put the box in a place which is not in the way or at a corner of a room. As attractive as it might look, let your dog to sleep on your couch, keep in mind that it will be an adult dog expecting the same privilege. The practice, a dog gets as it was small is for its life time. A tight out doors and a protective environment is needed for a dog so as to make it feel easy and secured. The house should be spacious so that your pet may feel comfortable and can extend his extremities properly. Proper temperature of the room should also be maintained so as to protect it from harsh weather. Proper care of cleanliness should also be taken to protect it from parasites.

Question – What about the exercise of dogs?

Answer – The requirement of the physical activity varies from breed to breed of a dog. Little jumping and running of small dogs may be sufficient physical exposure to them as compared to the bigger breed. But it is a must that there should be a regular physical exposure to your dog to keep it healthy and fit. Proper rest should also be given in between the training sessions to save them from exhaustion.

Answer – Dogs should be prevented from various external as well as internal parasites. Parasites like fleas, lice, tics, mites, intestinal parasites and heart worm are common of all the parasites that are really affecting the dogs.
